When I first moved to Manhattan I would usually shop around and get quotes from at least 2 auto repair shops whenever I had to have work done. Ekart always was the lowest price, so after doing that for about a year, I have only been going to Ekart since. While they will inform me if they noticed anything else that needs to be fixed, I have never felt pressured to fix a laundry list of items they found while just doing an oil change. On my way back to Kansas City, I stopped by Ekart's because a huge piece of plastic was hanging out above my driver side tire. Terry was extremely helpful and took my car into the shop and ripped out the plastic for me. He didn't charge me anything and I was on my way back to Kansas City.
