On my way back to Kansas City, I stopped by Ekart's because a huge piece of plastic was hanging out above my driver side tire. Terry was extremely helpful and took my car into the shop and ripped out the plastic for me. He didn't charge me anything and I was on my way back to Kansas City. I have taken my car in twice for engine problem and rotted battery cables. The workers are very nice and you truely get the small town atmosphere. I also really liked that they called me once they figured out what was wrong with it before doing work, that way I had no suprise charges on my bill, they asked permission before doing anything to my car. I started going to Ekart's a few months ago. I am a student at KSU and they treated me great. They called me and told me what was wrong with my car and then called my parents to explain it to them. I took my car in to get my check engine light fixed and got my car back the next day. They said thought they fixed the problem it if the light came back on to come back and they'd fix it without charging more labor. The light came back on and I took it in the next day and they fixed it and didn't charge me $100 more because they carried the amount I paid for labor from the first over to the second visit. Fair.
